Clinical massage, 60 or 90 minute sessions available. A clinical style massage with the focus on decreasing pain and tightness in problem areas. Includes active and passive movements along with the use of cupping therapy, guasha, and trigger point release techniques.  Combined with Swedish techniques to increase productivity of the muscles, tendons, and joints. Completely customisable to client's treatment goals. 

Quick session to address area of tension. 30 minute session to address areas of tension and discomfort relating to athletic performance and recovery. Combined with swedish techniques to increase productivity of the muscles, tendons, and joints.

Deeply Cleansing facial designs based on each client's skin type and treatment goals. 30 min Session: Quick but thorough cleansing facial, choice of arms or neck massage included. 60 min session: Cleansing facial with some upper body massage. 90 min Session: Full body massage with cleansing facial.
